Beautifully Staged Home: 2315 S Chester St

As we wrapped up the renovation of our historic Craftsman home at 2315 S Chester in Little Rock, the last step was to hire someone to stage our home to sell. If your home is unoccupied, the stagers will bring furniture and décor to show off your home’s beauty. But, if you’re still living in your home, they’ll just come in to rearrange your furniture and décor. Sometimes they’ll add a few pieces or suggest you remove a few pieces to show your home best.

One of the things we’ve learned is furniture is set up one way for comfortable living and often an entirely different way to show off the house to potential buyers. If you’re interested in selling your house fast, definitely consider hiring a stager as we did.

Just like you put a coat of paint on the walls and clean out the closets, your décor needs to be up-to-date and gorgeous. Most of us decorate our homes when we move in, but we don’t do a major change to our décor again until we move. Home décor just needs to be updated periodically, and what better time when you’re selling your home.
